Refund policy
We have a 2 days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a Refund, Exchange or Return.
Refund, Exchange & Returns are only accepted under following conditions:-
- If product was damaged during shipping.
- Wrong product was sent.
To be eligible for a Refund,Replacement & Return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at theexoticjunglecare@gmail.com or our customer support at 📞7285807390 , If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 4-7 business days to reflect in your bank.
